Which metals have a lower melting point?

Does the melting point of aluminum affect the manufacture of aluminum alloy sheets/coils?

  • 3. Cast the synthesized liquid aluminum into aluminum slabs (450-630mm);
  • 4. Rolling the aluminum ingot (hot rolling or cold rolling);

In the first step, the temperature must be raised to the melting point of aluminum (660 ° C), and the melting point of aluminum is increased, so the temperature of the ingot melting furnace needs to be increased;
The melting points of aluminum and aluminum alloys also have a certain impact on their applications. Aluminum alloys with lower melting points are doomed not to be used in application scenarios with higher ambient temperatures to ensure their own state;
