Aluminium Alloy 1050 Circles package
The aluminum content of 1050 aluminum is 99.5%, and other metals and impurities are 0.5%. The high aluminum content makes the circle have good plasticity.

But 1050 has a lower hardness, like other members of 1xxx aluminum alloys. 3003 has higher hardness and wear resistance and contains about 3% alloying metals, with manganese accounting for the largest share.
The addition of these metals greatly increases the hardness of the 3003 aluminum circle. The tensile strength of 3003 H18 aluminum reaches 180 rm, much greater than 125 rm, the hardest state of 1050.
Under the same process, the comprehensive performance of 3003 circle is much better than that of 1050 aluminum circle, and the service life of products made of 1050 is usually shorter. Nonetheless, the price advantage of 1050 aluminum discs makes 1050 still popular in many industries, especially cookware.
