Price of 3105 Aluminum Coil
This aluminum metal has excellent formability and weldability, but does not respond to heat treatment. 3000 series aluminum metal is 20% stronger than 1000 series metal.
It is stronger than 1000 series alloys, but its price is almost the same as 1000 series alloys, so it is widely used in making roofing.
In the European standard, we name it EN AW-3105. Also, the UNS number is A93105.

For annealed H12, H14, and H16 tempers, a bend radius in the thickness range of 1 to 2 t is recommended. H18 tempering should use a bend radius of 2 to 7 t.
The differences between 303H14 and 3105 H24 are as follows:
