1050 aluminum alloy strip is also a non-heat-treated alloy, with low strength, cannot be strengthened by heat treatment, and weak machinability, but can accept contact welding and gas welding.
Because the production process is relatively simple and the technology is relatively mature, 1050 aluminum strip is very suitable for large-scale application in the field of industrial manufacturing.

1050 Aluminum Strip Manufacturing Plant

1. Excellent processability.
The aluminum strips for cables with excellent processing performance can be machined at the maximum speed that the machine tool can achieve, such as turning, milling, boring, planing, etc.
2. Extremely high electrical conductivity and heat transfer.
The conductivity of 1050 aluminum strip is as high as 62% IACS (20℃). In addition, the thermal conductivity at 20°C was 231 W/(m·°C).
