1. Hot rolling:
Starting from a thicker aluminum plate ingot, it is heated at high temperature and then rolled into shape by a hot rolling mill. Hot-rolled aluminum coils are rolled at high temperatures. The advantage is that the rolling speed is fast and large quantities of aluminum coils can be produced.
2. Cold rolling:
Starting from the cast coil processed by the cast roll machine, it is further processed by the cold rolling mill. This process is carried out at room temperature or low temperature, and requires a higher rolling pressure to achieve deformation. Cold rolling does not require heating, and has lower energy consumption than hot rolling, reducing energy consumption and environmental pollution.
