First: Surface treatment and oxidation

We all know that aluminum plate are rust-proof and have excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. There will be an oxide film on the surface of the aluminum plate when it leaves the factory. This is why the aluminum plate can prevent oxidation, but over time, this layer The oxidation film on the aluminum plate will react chemically, so what is the oxidation process? In fact, the oxidation process is to make the oxide film thicker, making the original oxide film on the surface of the aluminum plate thicker.

Oxidized aluminum plates can improve corrosion resistance and wear resistance. So when we oxidize the surface of the aluminum plate, the first step is to clean the surface of the aluminum plate. Oxidation is an extremely important and demanding process. Therefore, the aluminum plate must not be dusty, oily or in the handling process before oxidizing the aluminum plate.
