Since Standard size aluminum sheets are widely used and have different requirements in different application fields, the surface treatment of standard-sized aluminum plates is also very important. The following are the surface treatment processes of Standard size aluminum sheets:
Coloring treatment: Add color to the aluminum plate through electroplating or aluminum oxidation coloring process.
Oxidation treatment: Including two methods, conductive oxidation and chemical oxidation, to form an oxide film to improve corrosion resistance and adhesion.
Wire drawing treatment: Use sandpaper to repeatedly rub the surface of the aluminum plate to form various lines, such as straight stripes, random lines, threads, spiral lines, etc., giving it a fashionable and technological feel.
Polishing treatment: Polish the surface of the aluminum plate through mechanical, chemical or electrochemical means to make it smooth and bright, with a mirror-like effect of stainless steel.
Roller coating treatment: After the surface of the aluminum plate is degreased and chemically treated, high-quality paint is rolled on it for curing. The paint film has high flatness and high color simulation.
Anodizing treatment: The treated aluminum plate has the advantages of high hardness, wear resistance, adhesion and corrosion resistance.
Thin film coating treatment: Select high gloss film or fantasy film, apply professional adhesive and then laminate, which has waterproof and fireproof properties and excellent UV resistance.
Electrophoretic painting: The surface of the treated aluminum plate is smooth and the corrosion resistance is enhanced.
Powder electrostatic spraying: Various colors, environmental protection and excellent performance.
