We use the pure aluminum ingots to manufacture 5mm aluminum sheets. They come in various widths and tempers. They are not only suitable for marine grade, but also for automobile manufacturing, pressure vessels, including water tanks, oil tanks, and the maximum width we can produce is 3000mm.
The 5mm aluminum sheet is produced by aluminum ingots. The aluminum ingot is heated and melted into molten aluminum, which is continuously cast and rolled into cast aluminum coils through the drainage tank.
Aluminum Sheet 5mm
The thickness of cast aluminum coil is generally between 7mm and 12mm, and then it is rolled to the required thickness in a cold rolling mill. The thinnest thickness we can produce is 0.2mm.

1050 alloy aluminum sheet alloy belongs to 1000 series pure aluminum. Huawei aluminum sheet 1050 uses primary aluminum ingots, which can guarantee 99.5% purity, not aluminum scraps.
