1. Temperature of dyeing solution.

The dyeing of aluminum veneer is divided into cold dyeing and hot dyeing.

Cold dyeing is used for a long time in the production process and has a better grasp of color uniformity.

Hot dyeing has a shorter use time, but it is difficult to manipulate the color.

The hot dyeing temperature is generally 40℃60℃.

If the temperature is too high, it will reduce the adsorption of dyeing and easily make the surface of aluminum plate bloom.

2. The effect of oxide film on the quality of aluminum veneer.

The oxide film refers to the thickness, porosity, transparency, etc. of the aluminum veneer.

The thickness of the oxide film in the aluminum plate can be kept above 10 microns, and the porosity and transparency can be obtained, and the best dyeing quality can be obtained.

3. The concentration of the dyeing solution.

The concentration of dyeing liquid is related to dyeing. After the aluminum veneer is colored, the concentration is low and the dark color concentration is slightly higher.

If the dyeing concentration is high, uneven color or floating color will be produced, which is easy to appear in the process of cleaning and closing the “flowing color”.

In order to improve the adsorption capacity of dyes to dyes, low-concentration colors are used to extend the dyeing, so that the dye molecules can penetrate more evenly into the depth of the oxide film pores, making the color more harmonious and firm.

In general, high-purity aluminum, aluminum-magnesium, and aluminum-manganese alloys have the best dyeing performance in the production process after anodizing, and can be dyed into a variety of colors.
