This type of alloy is the most widely used anti-rust aluminium, with high strength, strong fatigue resistance, excellent plasticity, and corrosion resistance, etc.; non-heat-treated: high plasticity in the annealed state, good plasticity during semi-quenching, and plasticity during cold quenching Low.
It can be drawn or formed into complex shapes and its slightly greater strength in the annealed condition minimizes the tearing that occurs in 1100 and 3003.

The fatigue properties of this aluminum are very good, with a limit of 115 MPa in the H32 condition and 123 MPa in the H34 condition. 5052-H32 aluminum is quarter hard tempered, while 5052-H34 aluminium is semi-hard tempered. Another hardness rating is “6” for 3/4 hardness and “8” for full hardness.
