3004 aluminum foil is widely used in food packaging, container foil, and aluminum foil lunch boxes.
●Aluminum foil containers:
Aluminum foil containers made of Huawei 3004 aluminum foil are stronger than 3003 aluminum foil. 3004 aluminum foil has both the price advantage of 8011 aluminum foil and the strength advantage of 3003 aluminum foil.
3004 aluminum foil containers have neat appearance and good thermal conductivity. It can be heated directly in the original packaging using oven, microwave, steamer and other kitchen utensils.
●Honeycomb aluminum foil:
The aluminum honeycomb core is a hexagonal aluminum honeycomb structure, which is widely used in decorative materials, household appliances, lighting industry, transportation industry, and furniture industry. The raw material of the aluminum honeycomb core is 3004 aluminum foil, H18/H19 status, high strength, not easy to deform after processing, the surface of the aluminum foil is degreased and clean, and the glue is not easy to fall off.
The strength is much higher than that of 1100 aluminum foil. The processed product is not easy to deform, the end face is flat, the edges are burr-free, and the layout after adhesive lamination is highly flat.
●Air conditioning foil:
Common air conditioning aluminum foils include 1100/3003/3004/8011 alloy, etc. The 3004 aluminum foil used as fin material for air conditioning heat exchangers is an aluminum-manganese alloy with good corrosion resistance, excellent formability, high strength and elongation, etc., and meets the mechanical performance requirements of air conditioning foils.
At room temperature (25°C or 77°F), the density of 3004 aluminium foil is approximately 2.71g/cm³(2.7×10³kg/m³). This value is a typical density for aluminum alloys (including 3004) and may vary slightly depending on the specific manufacturing process and the exact composition of the foil.
The melting point of aluminum alloy 3004 is approximately 658-660°C (1216-1220°F). This is the temperature at which the solid aluminum in the foil transforms into a liquid state.
Aluminum alloy 3004 foil has a variety of performance characteristics to suit a variety of applications.
